For example, a field group called certifications with a few fields can be created with the profile field feature, but I will like users to add multiple certifications with the same fields, like having a button that says add another

Ok I now know what caused this, its the recent update to WordPress that introduces block editor to widgets, I believe youzify does not work fine with the widget block editor. to solve this I simply installed and activated the classic widget plugin.

It appears that the site is currently down as the link is displaying an error page. However, note that your issue can be fixed by adding a css code to you page using the customizer on your admin page. What is the name of the theme you used?
