can’t help you on the backend of the project as i’m only just getting into the basics in the months ahead. I look forward to any progress made though as I have been looking for a flash cms, or flash blog for quite some time now.

change the uri as neccessary for each template in the if else statement above

are you sure the db name is right? i had to use ‘bluewebpages_com_wordpress’ for mine instead of just wordpress.

it all centers around your permalink structure. mine are currently set to display as ‘blog/year/month/title/’ – then in my archives all of the day links link to the current page, rather than day. don’t know if/how to hack so that you could still have the month links return only that month’s posts, but the quick fix is to add the month in your permalink structure

as a short-term solution, i could just double post each link into a general category and call that into the function…how much space would that build up over time though with a decent size of links?

when i was designing my multiple templates for month etc.. i noticed that the $m variable had no effect for me. Instead, the $year variable was applied to both monthly and yearly archives, which was fine as they looked the same anyway.

could it be ‘no-ip_com_thebeer’? for my website, i had to make sure the bluewebpages_com prefix came before the database

make sure to use “make plain text” option if using textedit, otherwise it can turn out to be a rich text document. I use pagespinner for all of my xhtml/php/css needs. search macupdate for it if interested…
