In reply to: [Microstock Photo Plugin] [Plugin: Microstock Photo] Can't buy the pictureHello Valentin,
in some rare circumstances do the webhoster block the direct connection of the plugin with Fotolia’s server.
Thats why we have implemented a Test Mode which you can enabled in the settings. This setting will let you test the purchase and download function.
Go into the Microstock Photo Settings and Enable the Test mode. This will only download the comp of the image but you can see if the purchase will work with your server.
We can also take a look into your WordPress and test it for you. If you like that, please send me credentials and the URL at: amos |at| microstockplugin.com
Cheers

In reply to: [Microstock Photo Plugin] [Plugin: Microstock Photo] fotolia dont workHello Amba,
thanks for your post, we are working on a new version of the plugin with the new RestAPI connection to Fotolia. Actually the Fotolia API is working within the plugin as usual. Could you please send me some more information about your hoster/domain etc..

In reply to: [Microstock Photo Plugin] Nothing happens when clicking "Configure"Hi Soren,
sorry to answer so late but the WordPress system do not notify me if there are any new posts. I have tried to have the same issue like you have, but i had no success. I have tried in 3.2 WordPress with all updates on Google Chrome. Did you have any plugins installed on your browsers? Can you please de-install and re-install the plugin?
It should come up a small java script popup with the login screen to iStock or Fotolia. Maybe you can give me access to your WordPress, so i can try myself.
Sorry for this “weak” answer but thats all how i can help you right now.
Amos
Hi Overbye,
thanks for giving us feedback.
Did you looked at our FAQ site?
Here is some help which might fix your issue:
1. Configure php.ini to enable ‘allow_url_fopen = On’ (Please ask your Webhoster how to do this) (Some cases it needs to be enabled by the hoster, not by own php.ini)
2. Set ‘/wp-content/’ directory permissions with write access
3. Check if ‘/wp-content/uploads/fotolia/’ is created after you have downloaded your first image
4. Check if the bought and downloaded photo is stored in the subdirectories of ‘/wp-content/uploads/fotolia/’Hi, i have send you a new “Beta” version via e-mail. Please try this one and give us feedback.
@all: a 2.1 Version will come soon – stay tuned!
Thanks for your feedback.
1.) The Log In Errors appears because your Browser has stored the login form data for your WordPress Blog and autofill the Fotolia or iStockphoto Login data with your WordPress Login.
Solution: Please logout at the account you do not want to use.
2.) Please make sure that your hoster did not disable the function: allow_url_fopen
This function is set up in the php.ini where you should have allow_url_fopen = On to allow your server to download the image from the Fotolia/iStockphoto Servers directly.Sorry for this inconvenience but this only happen on a few hosters.

In reply to: [Microstock Photo Plugin] [Plugin: Microstock Photo] Log-in ErrorsHello, thank you for your message.
It’s because your browser auto fill out the login data from Fotolia or iStockphoto if you havent use your own one. This is because you may have stored your WP-LOGIN Data in your browser. Simple logout at the agency you do not want to use and the error is gone. Sorry for this but we can handle the browser autofill within the plugin.
