To deactivate for AMP version only, By using enabling the “Plugin Manager” option in the AMP Panel settings you can disable the plugin for AMP version only.

Can you please enable the “Change End Point to ?amp” option? It will help you get the amp in tricky setups with taxonomies & post types. The question mark in the URL will not make any difference in the SEO.

I’ve checked the page source of your website URL which you shared and it seems that amp-auto-ads tag was inserted perfectly. And based on the AMP content, Google will decide where to show the ADs and it will render automatically.

To export the design, click on the “Pre-built AMP layout” button, you will find this option in AMP Page builder meta box ( Screenshot: https://take.ms/7wFgZ ). And then go to the Import/export option from there you can export & import the designs ( Screenshot: https://take.ms/8j9cx ).

The issue is really strange.

For testing purpose, can you please check whether the “Internal Links in AMP” option is enabled or not. If it’s enabled, please disable the option and check. You will find this option in AMP > Settings > Advanced settings > Internal Links in AMP.
