Yes, your AMP pages are validated and working perfectly. ANd for the Google Webmaster Tools, Google takes some time to re-crawl & re-index the pages. So, I recommend you to wait for sometime or a week.

For testing purpose, can you disable the “Lightbox for Images” option from the single section? and check whether the issue is resolved or not. Here you can validate your AMP URL: https://validator.ampproject.org/

You will get this option in AMP > Design > Single > Lightbox for Images.

When Ads are enabled, the plugin automatically adds the Ad code script in the head. No need to add the extra script in the head. And it’s just a warning, not an error. However, You can remove the code from the ‘Advanced settings’ and validate your AMP URL on this site: https://validator.ampproject.org/

Did you select the “Custom Front Page” from the AMP panel settings after building the homepage using builder feature? If not please select the page which you build as a Custom Front page for AMP. You will find this option in AMP > Settings > General > Custom front page.
