Yes, I can run a few speed tests and make sure everything is good. It is not a large site. Do you think that would work?

Actually, I have no reason to believe the plugin is not working even though i cannot see the options. Is there a way to test?

These are the same plugins I am running on another site that worked really well with Speed Boost, so I am leaning toward the Theme.

Thanks for the reply. I deactivated all plugins except Speed Boost but got the same result. I deleted and reinstalled a fresh download as well with the same result.
