I only get a timeout message when I click on View Log beside a backup:

Do I just need to delete the old backups directly from the web server? I just don’t want to make a mistake and delete something I shouldn’t.

Are you testing the issue on the live site or the staging site? As the issue is present for me on this staging site: https://etnaplants.ie/ep-staging/
I’ve deactivated the Jetpack plugin on the live site so customers can still put through orders.

1. I am using the WooCommerce Stripe plugin
2. I activated the Twenty Four theme but then the checkout page just showed code rather than checkout fields
3. I deactivated all other plugins but deactivating the Jetpack plugin was the only thing that fixed the issue for me

What else can I do to fix this issue?

Are you wanting to edit the English translation or are you wanting to translate the string into a different language other than English?

No I just want to know if I can style this page to look like the rest of my site?

Did you also enabled the following option Redirect Users Back To Download Page? This is located under General Settings tab. Also, this will redirect the user back to the download page after they log into the site.

I tried that but that’s not what I want. Can they be redirected back to the page they were on when they clicked the downLoad link?

I cleared the caching plugin cache and then logged in as that user, but the shipping methods still do not appear in the cart or checkout.

1. So what should the status of the order be for people to be able to pay the second instalment?

2. Well there will only be a certain amount of stock available but surely people should be able to pay their second payment even if the product is sold out?
