Update: If I use the “woocoomerce” Visual Style in review setting of Customer review plugin, then the “verfied owner”?lable is shown, and just the verified user can leave a review for the product.

but if a use the “cusrev” visual style everyone can leave a review and also the lable of “verified owner” is missing.

Hi Gaurav,

Unfortunately we still have the problem when we use the plugin “Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce” for our emails. So I have currently deactivated the template, and we are using the template from AST. Unfortunately in AST email template there is not the possibility to add the logo to the Header, therefore we wanted to use “Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce”.

Do you have other Idea?

ok, it seems that the theme does not support reviews. I now use a different theme
now the reviews are also shown.

But still I couldn’t solve the issue with the emails.
Is there any way at all for the customer to receive an email, when his review has been approved and answered.
