thank you so much! i just called them again and this time the godaddy person told me that this is an error on their end and they are going to fix it…it will take up to 72 hours though.

this is really frustrating and i just wasted all 6 hours trying to “google the answer”…

sigh…

I did contact my hosting provider, which is godaddy. but they said that’s php issues which they don’t provide technical support and told me to google the answer my self. ??
