Ya i got solution by different method ,
in my post widget page i just change the code that image fixed

1.6.2 bp is buddypress version, i tried both in wp 3.5 and 3.4.2 , i need is post uploaded is from front end , i use the short code for that , but the image not uploaded , i did’t get any error msg . simply the Upload button is not working
