when they click Checkout, the co1-1 makes the details impossible to modify, if I change it manually to co1-10 it works
This sounds related with the Checkout page, and any customizations in place there.
The co1-1 mentioned here is not familiar, I’m afraid. Don’t fret. Feel free to go ahead with testing with the block-based Checkout, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise.

How about making the issue appearing on the live site a thing of the past?
Big fan of Alexander the Great’s solution to the Gordian Knot here, therefore, I’d like to propose the following:
- Make sure there is a backup available, with a solution like?Jetpack VaultPress Backup
- Create a?fresh/new?WooCommerce site, where WooCommerce and its database will both be at the latest version available – along with everything else being tip-top (I assume this is the staging site already mentioned here, where the sold individually option is working as expected)
- Use the backup created in the first step, to?restore the site’s data, thus having a perfectly functioning store again
Bonus: having a round-the-clock backup solution, keeping a log of every change, making future restores a breeze.
Sidenote: I assume the priority is to have the required setting work as expected again ASAP, over investing further time to discover the culprit of this persistent behavior on your site.

When I do these orders duplication stop for a while but after few hours its starts again.
Is there any permanent solution?To clarify, is this occurring on the live site (where other plugins are still activated), or the staging one (where only WooCommerce is expected to be active, along with a default theme like TT3, and all other custom functionality, if any, deactivated)?
Furthermore, did you already have a chance to check if the products in the duplicate orders have duplicate SKUs, or otherwise?
By the way, how is a duplicate order identified? From the screenshot shared earlier on, it appears only by customer name, or is it otherwise? Kindly elaborate further, and please make sure to sanitize sensitive data (like customer details), before sharing in public forums.

In the Shipping zones screen, linked here, there appear two.
for orders over $100. Yet it was still ‘selecting ‘matching’ free shipping even though it didn’t meet that criteria.
What happens when you deactivate/delete the
Flat US
zone, thus essentially leaving only free shipping as an option? Does free shipping function as expected, or otherwise?If the issue continues, feel free to look further into how CheckoutWC’s functionality (or outdated version activated, due to inactive license, for that matter) might come into play. On its product page, it mentions Cart and Checkout pages.

I assume there are no conflicting settings with the Free Shipping seen available for Inner London.

WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions
?There should be an action named
woocommerce_custom_orders_table_background_sync
in the pending ones. Feel free to go ahead with clicking on the Run option (visible when hovering over it). Then, go back to the HPOS settings screen and see if the message for the 1 pending order persists, or otherwise.I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

The Problem just started after i migrate to another server with the same plugins.
The culprit can be found here, as it appears: How was the migration done?
Furthermore, do you still have access to the site, as it was hosted in the previous provider, perhaps? What happens when an order is placed there, for the exact same products, and details, as here?
At times, the plugin version(s) differ (are upgraded), in the process of migrating a site. Did you already have a chance to check their versions right after completing the migration, or otherwise?

“Hide out of stock items from the catalog” also hides In Stock products?
Unless something has changed in the database or custom code is in place, the default behavior is to hide out-of-stock products, when that option is enabled; while in-stock products will stay visible.
Based on the information contained in the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears 3rd party stock-sync and bulk edit functionality are in place.
I tried the following
Just to be sure, I understand that when trying with temporarily activating the TT3 theme, for example, while at the same time only the WooCommerce plugin is active you are still not able to see all the in-stock items on the front end. Correct?
