Dear Webwizard, unfortunately, the update did not help to resolve the issue.

So here are the screenshots:
https://prnt.sc/qhcvd8go1xwK – this is B2BKing plugin deactivated, the bogo coupon applied to the cart, you see the final price is deducted by the cost of 1 product.

Maybe, we need to do smth on our side to fix it? Please, advise

Dear Webwizards team, thank you so much for the video and for the screenshot! We tried to do the same as you did but it didn’t help. So, the cart shows that coupon is applied but the total sum in the cart is without deducting the price of the bogo deal.

we don’t set-up the sale prices as you shown in the screenshot, just regular prices for different roles.
Maybe we somehow have to fix our cart? We are using Goya teme

Here is what we have at the moment. We tested with different scenarios and it comes out that only with BOGO deals your plugin gives the conflict. Yes, the coupon is applied to the final price in the cart but not in the product page itself.
The main problem is that we want to use classic BOGO deals on Smart Coupon plugin or Advanced Coupons plugin – with them both the BOGO deals are not working. The simple discount coupons with Smart Coupon or Advanced Coupons plugins are working fine. Only BOGO deals (buy 1, get 1 free) are not working.

We have the Core not Pro version of your plugin, therefore I cannot find these components which you mention here: (B) You can disable B2BKing pricing features if you do not need them (I am not sure what B2BKing features you’re using). To do that, you can enable these switches in B2BKing -> Settings -> Other -> Components:?https://prnt.sc/oxCZgQ4pPdjO
Where can I find these components in Core version?

And is it ever possible to fix the conflict and apply coupons for classic BOGO deals having your plugin?

Could you please address my problem, we are just waiting for your response as we cannot move any further with BOGO deals of Smart Coupon plugin, as well as Advanced Coupon plugin. The same problem, there is some conflict.

We did try this plugin but there is a bug in it, it says that username is loo long (more than 50 characters) which is not in fact. Think it is because it was not updated.

Thank you very much for the update. We have updated our version. Now it doesn’t show the fatal error, but the total cart shows the prices without the discount…. Is it possible to fix somehow..? Thanks a lot in advance
