You are right, Ecwid is an AJAX embeddable widget. All of the pages open where the widget is located. Our API doesn’t have a way to open the product page in a new tab/window, sorry. Just in case, here’s a link to our API documentation: https://api-docs.ecwid.com/reference/overview
You could use the built-in “Buy Button” feature. With it, you could create a store page (without the Ecwid store widget) that has buttons with links that open a new tab with the product pages.
