In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product import and category hierarchiesLooks like it has something to do with Polylang plugin because extra categories are not created when Polylang is disabled…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce product import duplicates subcategoriesHi @stijndemulder,
was Polylang the cause of that problem? If so, can you share the solution because I might have the same problem… Thanks!
OK, thanks.
Does premium extension “Exclude backordereded products” solve my problem? Does it hide products that can be backordered AND stock amount is smaller than one? If it does, is it possible to test it with trial period before payment?
Hello again. I did a test and changed one product status in the database from ‘onbackorder’ to ‘outofstock’ and the filter did hide that product like it should. So the filter does not hide products based on the stock amount but the status has to be ‘outofstock’?
Hi! Unfortunately that didn’t help. I can’t give a link to the shop because it’s not publicly available. I wonder if there’s something wrong in the database. What information must be found in the database for a product to exclude it from the search results?
Just tried “In stock checkbox” extension for the first time and noticed same thing. Checked or not, filter show same results. All latest updates installed. I’m using it only for simple products.
Hi, it finally works. Last thing I did was first clearing transients and after that checked product categories filter in filter structure page. I don’t know why it now worked because I have cleared transients many times during this problem. Or maybe it was something else I accidentally did.
It’s a bit mystery how this started because I haven’t changed any plugin setting for a while. Maybe it was the latest Woocommerce database update that messed up something. Thanks anyway!

Options and filter appearanceHi, I think I’ve managed to solve most of the problems. Only the product categories filter remains empty, no matter what I do.
Hi,
disappearing filter was caused by ‘WOOF by Category’ -plugin. I did rollback for that plugin and filter did not disappear anymore. Now there are updated version of the category plugin and I think that works too.
Even if I disable WOOF by Category -plugin other problems remains:
– categories filter is empty (There should be 2 main categories, 6 subcategories and couple of categories below every subcategory)
– wrong counts next to filter options (counts are the same as counts in the woocommerce categories / attributes pages in the admin area but if that number is clicked right amount of products will be listed)
– wrong filter options (i.e. all options available even if only smaller numbers should be available than selected in other filter)I’m afraid there is a bigger problem in the woocommerce database that’s causing this. Categories and attributes not connecting to products like they should be or something like that.
The site is only for registered users. I think I can make basic user account for you to test if I can private message credentials for you somehow.

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] Disable / remove search boxThank you!
Hi, thanks for the reply.
I’m using Woocommerce with Storefront theme and I think the reset password form is that what comes with Woocommerce. Ninja Forms is used on some forms but not with password reset. Email notification is enabled in Woocommerce email settings and I have not modified email template.Default wordpress reset password form works fine.
