ShortPixel version Version 4.22.9 fixes the issue for me. iF you’re having the same issue, an update should fix it.

I just uploaded another media file after finding the debug log in another directory and I see this error after uploading the file:

When I disable shortpixel and upload a file, it appears that the file was uploaded to the S3 instance just fine and it shows that it has been uploaded in the media detail page.

I cleared the site cache using my wordpress, but apparently clearing the browser cache as well did the trick. Thanks for taking a look, appreciated, even though it was my own stupidity.

That’s strange, if i test it in an incognito window, or in Edge or Firefox, it does seem to work. But when I’m logged in and viewing the page when i click on the item in the TOC it just bounces and goes to the top of the page. In incognito or the other browsers it goes down to the correct place on the page. Not sure what to make of that?

I’m having the same issue. On some pages the table of contents doesn’t appear, and then on others it does. The ones where it doesn’t there is no override set or anything. If i change to “TOP” as Souvik mentions, it DOES appear. Before first heading, it does NOT.

UPDATE: I found that on the page I was looking at where it wasn’t working there was an ampersand “&” in one of the H2 titles. I removed that and replaced it with the word “and”, and for whatever reason that fixed the problem for me. So I’m wondering if certain symbols cause the TOC to not be rendered.

I’m getting the same error message, and no stats appear in the dashboard.

Just thought I would follow up here. I opened a support case with ShortPixel about this issue. They stated that they were caught off guard by the new incompatible version of Offload Media and that they were working on a fix via ShortPixel. They were able to install a development version of the plugin on my site, and it fixed the issues I was having. They stated that they would be releasing an update to everyone soon after a few more bugs were worked out.

If you are having similar issues with these two plugins, I’d recommend getting in contact with them, they were very helpful.

Just FYI, after updating to WP Offload Media Lite 2.3.1 I’m still having the same issue. No media are being offloaded to S3.

As some others have mentioned, I can confirm that the issue happens when ShortPixel plugin is active. If I deactivate ShortPixel and re-upload a new image, it DOES get offloaded without issue. If I reactivate ShortPixel, the issue returns.

I’m also having the issue of the images never being offloaded to S3. Had what appeared to be a successful upgrade over the weekend. Like Kris above, I’m also using ShortPixel plugin. V2.3, WordPress 5.3

For what it’s worth, I’m not using that plugin, but am having the same issue.

I’m having this same exact issue. Can’t edit the first two tabs on yoast 11.7 (premium), although for me it’s not just one category, it’s on all posts as far as i can tell.
