In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Adding to mailchimp is not working.I just pushed an update to address an issue with the “Order Created” subscription event when PayPal is the Payment Gateway.
If that’s your case, please update to version 1.3 and let me know if that fixes the issue for you.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Add another field? While this isn’t possible via the UI, this is possible with a little custom code that you could drop in functions.php:
I’ll try to put together an example and post it here for you to try out.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Groups are not passed through to mailchimpMailChimp groups are a little strange.
The Group Name setting in the plugin settings should be the parent in your screenshot that reads, “Joined the list as…”
Then, for the Groups setting in the plugin settings, that is where you should put “customer”
Change that and let me know if it works for you.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Was fine until it brokeI just published version 1.2.5 (should show up shortly) which should fix the subscribe problem. Turns out it was working fine if you were displaying the opt-in field on checkout but had broken after WooCommerce 2.1 if you were not displaying the opt-in field.
Please update and let me know if you have any issues.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] WooCommerce 2.1 compatibilityThe first issue is just a warning that I’ll be addressing in the next release.
The second indicates that the plugin wasn’t able to retrieve your MailChimp lists.
Can you contact me here: https://anderly.com/contact and possibly set me up with a test account so I can take a look and see what might be causing the issue?
Thanks,
Adam

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Adding to mailchimp is not working. Can you enabled WP_DEBUG and place a test order? This will log some debug info to wp-content/debug.log file that will help with troubleshooting.
You can disable WP_DEBUG after placing the test order. Then, open the debug.log file and send me what you have.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Opt-in Checkbox on checkout? There is an option in the plugin settings “Display an Opt-In Field on Checkout” that specifically enables this.
If enabled, customers will be presented with a “Opt-in” checkbox during checkout and will only be added to the list above if they opt-in. So, you have the option of quietly and automatically subscribing them or giving them a choice with an opt-in checkbox displayed on the checkout page.
Hope that answers your question.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] WPML supportHi raymand,
Sorry for the confusion. Another user reported the WPML issue to me on 1/8 via my blog (https://anderly.com/2013/10/09/woocommerce-mailchimp/comment-page-1/#comment-37582) and I made the change to add wpml-config.xml on my own before seeing your post. I actually didn’t see your support issue until today. Otherwise, I would have given you credit.
Thanks for the feedback and reporting the issue as well. Glad to know that we both came up with a similar solution!
