If it was me, i would check her spam settings next. Did she accidentally mark the sender mail as spam. That’s usually the case for my clients.

If that doesn’t yield any results. Then i would look into setting up SMTP mailer.

I thought it could be managed on a general level, so if i ever used something to change the price further, it could show the “overall lowest price”, regardless of what plugin the price was generated from.

But i have written to the support from YITH for help regarding this issue ??

It worked! I tried the “Reset all products” section of the link that was posted in the topic you posted.

It is related to the “Enable product sync” setting in the plugin, as when i deactivate this, the issue is gone.
