Curl error 28 is shown in site health too, to the plugin wp_mail_smtp and yoast seo.

I tried to give some times,
meanwhile I tried googling, try several method to fix my site and contact my hosting too, maybe the problem is on me.

It still difficult to get the image in 1 time.
I have to do (update, preview, view) several times, 3 – 8 times, to get the image rendered.

Is there anything I can do to make this perfect like before?

Is it related to wordpress update? Since I update to the latest wordpress recently.

Appreciate your guidance to this problem.
