    provide me your site URL and I’ll be glad to restore and extend your trial.

    We also released a lot improvements since you tested in August ??

    About the tab, currently it’s not possible to changed it, we are working on a “kit” to allow this. Meanwhile you could try some hacks, for instance you could create a custom tab and point the chat to an embedded chatroom!

    Sure we can handle 1000 users, of course we must setup a custom server for that… please write us at info[at]flyzoo[dot].co as we need to know more about what you’d like to build, take into account our mobile version is not a replacement for a mobile app due to mobile browsers limitations.

    I’ll post the solution as might be helpful to others:

    By default, the flyzoo dashboard has login and register pages redirecting to the wp-admin panel, just change the URLs there.

    Hi,

    With the Jumbo plan you can hide group chats to users
    not matching the required roles.

    You can find an option on the dashboard, just locate the group
    chat and enable the “Hide this group chat to users not matching the Allowed Roles (Operators will still be able to see the chat)” option.

    You can also hide guests from the user list or enable the “Show only users with the same role” option!

    The system should work out of the box with WooCommerce,

    Hi Gabriel,

    Got it! Currently we don’t offer “private group chat” but of course
    it’s something we’ll add in the future. Can’t tell you an exact release date yet.

    Concurrent users depends on plans (up to 600 for standard plans, then we can setup dedicated servers) you can check them on the pricing page!

    Hi Gabriel,

    Flyzoo won’t user your server’s resources! Files and real-time connections
    are handled by our system.

    Of course you can chat with more that one friend at the same time:
    by concurrent users we mean users having at least one private or group chat open.

    Thank your for trying Flyzoo!

    To setup the widget for live support:

    – Log into the dashboard https://dashboard.flyzoo.co
    – Click on SETUP > CUSTOMIZATION > FEATURES
    – Locate the MAIN BUTTON group
    – Change the MAIN BUTTON ACTION dropdown to “Live Support”

    To go online and chat with your visitors:
    – Visit your website and locate the chat widget at the bottom of the page
    – Click on MENU > “Log in or Sign up”
    – Enter the e-mail and password you used to join Flyzoo

    The main button will turn from “Leave a message” to “We are online”

    Hi!

    Incoming messages on closed chats will trigger a small notification bullet
    on the bottom right of the screen, and incoming messages on new chats will popup the new chat… maybe you mean something different please
    can you write me your feature request at info[at]flyzoo.co ?

    I am sorry for the delay, I think you mean a feature to add users to private chats (like facebook for instance)? Currently not but it’s something
    we are working on for the next release!
