You comment is simply unrespectful, unfair and totally pointless.

It’s very expensive to run this platform ad I personally work hard to improve it and spend HOURS to help every single users.

We are trying to keep the price as low as possible, honestly we don’t want to cheat people as all the other plugins do – offering a free but
totally useless version of the product.

Hi,

1) Sure you will hear a sound when somebody starts a chat or enters your site (if you have the Real time monitoring window open)

2) Yes you can continue to send messages to closed chats, and users will receive a “new message” notificaiton on the bottom left of the screen

– Yes, there is a limit according to the plan you choose with the PRO plan you can have up to 100 concurrent users

– Currently we don’t have an option to switch the sound off by default… honestly we had not requests about that as it’s quite easy to switch the sound off from the menu, but we can think about adding that option in the future

– With the PRO plan you can embed a chatroom directly into a page using a shortcode or a small javascript snippet.

Hi!

Users that joined your site can’t access your site data from the dashboard, unless you turn them into operators.

To do that, just log into the dashboard, locate the user in the list
and choose “MAKE OPERATOR” from the options in the dropdown menu.

Thank you for your interest in Flyzoo ??

To create a group chat just log into the widget (from your site) as administrator (i.e.using the account you created to join Flyzoo), then you should be able to find the New Chat button… we learned that this process is a little bit counterintuitive
so we’ll move it into the Dashboard on the next version,
which is coming in a few weeks!

The characters issue requires further investigation…
