Currently we don’t support testing on local machines… the widget shows up but it’s impossibile for the server to reach a local machine.

Of course we are working on a workaround as local testing is a quite common scenario :/

About mobile support: technically speaking the system works on mobile but it’s still not optimized and we are working to provide a different layout in order to better support mobile devices. Responsive is at the top of our roadmap along with WP/BuddyPress support.

I apologize for the delay.

Administrator and Operators (you can set a user as Operator from the dashboard) are both able to create Chatrooms!

Currently chatrooms are only at website level, but of course we’ll add APIs to handle more complex scenarios.
