    Hello there,

sorry if I haven’t updated you anymore. We don’t work for this customer anymore therefore I don’t have access to their data.

Unfortunately we can’t investigate on this issue further.

Thank you anyway for your help!

    Hello there,

thank you for your short reply!

Here’s the gist you asked for:
    https://gist.github.com/Andrea87n/905d2d3ca91da32474845b082e5a3d5a

There’s no Fatal Error under Woocommerce > Status > Logs.

By the way the flow is the opposite: the data are sent from the Website to the Business Manager via your plugin.

I hope this helps, I will be waiting for your reply.
    Thank you!

I fixed it by using your plugin hooks.

Maybe you can post a solution anyway as a reference for someone else.

    Thank you again ??

    Hello miemie,

sorry for my late answer but I’ve been busy.

The option you showed me was already activated. The problem is that it doesn’t show the description of the single variation.

I’ll attach you the following screenshots:
    1. https://prnt.sc/22hhpiq
    2. https://prnt.sc/22hhrgc
    3. https://prnt.sc/22hhtnq

I’ll be waiting for your answer.
    Thank you!

    Hello again,

everything seems to be working fine now!
Facebook took one day to synchronize and show the data again. There’s no error or alert now.

I will come back here in case the issue will reappear again (I hope not ?? ).

Thank you very muchfor your support!

    Hello there,

I’m gonna try what you suggested and I’ll let you know.

    Thank you for now!

    Hello there,

I’m back here again and the situation hasn’t got any better.
Now we also have the deduplication issue on the ViewCategory event.

    I’ll attach you three screenshots:
    1. https://prnt.sc/1yw05mq
    2. https://prnt.sc/1yw05w9
    3. https://prnt.sc/1yw064f

So the situation is still the same: I’m completely “dependent” on your plugin that takes care both of the client and server side conversions, so I can’t really do anything in this case.

    What’s next?
    Thank you in advance!

    Got it.
I’ll try what you suggested and I’ll let you know the results in some days.

Alright! Thank you very much for your information, you have a new customer! ??

    Hello Angelo,

    thank you for your answer!
I’ll follow the steps I wrote before:

    1. I guess you’re referring to this: https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/calendar/
It looks fine! Just one thing: what happens if the events get fully booked? Do they “change the color”?

    2. recurring events is good enough. I don’t need recurring bookings, our customer will need just book a single event.

    3. awesome!

    4. that should be good enough.

    5. you mean that I would need to add a dropdown with the time slots? If so it should already be good enough. Will this featured be added in the future, though?

    6. awesome!

Another question: is the Pro Version (which I’m certainly going to get) one time payment or I need to renew it every year?

I checked several plugins for my purpose and yours seems to be the best, especially because it’s very well documented and fully customizable!

    Thank you again!

    (@andrea87n)

Thank you for your help tomi, that’s all I need to know.

I wish you a good day!

Try to deactivate the other plugins and see what happens.

    Hello there,

so I checked the devices and they all were desktop, so the issue wasn’t related to it.
It looks like I solved the problem by following your advices.

There’s just one missing thing: what about the layout issue? https://prnt.sc/ni9l12

Have you planned any update soon?

    Thanks!
