Hello Again,
I have actually found a way which could work
by using 3 html (lined next to each other) for the headings
and 3 input fields (lined next to each other) with empty labels
(Please see the screenshot here https://andreamancino.co.uk/img/gap_html_input.JPG).
But when we get the notification email this look a bit messy and confusing.

If you can think of a better way more linear and structured, please let me know.

Thank you for your reply.
I think there might be a bit of a confusion.
I am talking about the visitors on the website which send us a booking.
How do I know which email addresses they are? The default admin notification, is correct, that comes to be to tell me that someone has made a booking via the online form.
But the visitor making a booking, he doesn’t receive any email ( and it makes them think the booking doesn’t go through or something). We have received several complaints from customers. As I said, they receive the paypal payment confirmation, but there are no information of what they have paid for.
So like any online form, they expect to receive an email ( which I could customize) to say: Thank you for the booking etc etc .
Does that make sense? Do I still set it up in email notification ? and If so how to tell the system to send the email to the email address of the person who is filling in the online form?
I hope this makes sense.

No I don’t use any Multi Lingual Plugins. Obviously it was working
fine for 3 days. All the time that took me to tidy up all the files into folders ??
