I also have FeedBurner FeedSmith plugin in use.
I wonder if this could be causing problems?

I have finally come across a plugin that should automatically upgrade WordPress.

It’s called “WordPress Automatic Upgrade” plugin,
and it’s free, although donations are welcome.

The link below will take you to a long discussion
on it’s merits so you can see if it’s something
you might want to use.

The latest version is 0.3 [0.4?] and is easy to
execute.
