I’m also using Elementor Pro + Hello theme and it broke the main product page, makes it use a different looking template and also doesn’t allow the image gallery to work if trying to get around the issue by creating a new product page template from scratch using the theme builder. The gallery displays incorrectly during editing, and the gallery doesn’t show up at all on the preview/live page.
When initially testing without using the theme builder, and just using the pre-existing product page Woocommerce template, I found the thumbnails were displaying correctly in that case, but couldn’t see the thumbnails to see what they look like when doing it via the Elementor+template method.
I’ve emailed Nikil to ask for support, but will be following/updating this thread also.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Google Forms] PLEASE READ THIS before starting a threadUnfortunately, Google (G-Suite formerly Google Apps) support have confirmed that the ability to downgrade/revert to the old version of Google Forms is deprecated which renders the plugin no longer usable, unless it is made compatible with the new Forms.
Does anyone have any suggestions, recommendations or workarounds?
The only way I currently know to embed forms is to use the embed feature to drop the HTML from Forms directly into the WordPress text editor when creating a page/post, which isn’t a very elegant method. Alternatively I will have to look at using an alternative form builder. Thanks for any thoughts & responses from anyone.

Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Creating a thin horizontal band using an image & html/CSSUpdate:
In case anyone else wants to know my solution for this, I managed to get it working by creating a child theme, copying the footer.php and header.php files over, and adding the div tag to call the CSS style rule which I added into custom styles (overide). It’s quite easy when you know how, well I hope if nothing else my first post here on the WordPress forum is of use to someone.
Further info to get things looking OK was using the property inspector to visualise the changing of padding on the sticky header so the coloured band/stripe fitted correctly and cleanly.
It did involve a little bit of trial and error, but I think that my method of working is clean, allows for updates to WordPress and also the (parent) theme without any potential future issues.

In reply to: [Etsy360 FREE - Etsy Shop Plugin] Latest Update Broke ShortcodesI’ve been troubleshooting an issue with the shortcode:
[shop_featured_listings]
Which has stopped working since an update to the plugin, I’m now attempting to find older versions of the plugin so that I can rollback to a previous version!
I’ve raised a high-priority support ticket earlier today as a premium customer, however I await a response and hope this issue is resolved soon!
***Update, I just logged into my Etsy360 account and realised that I received a prompt reply 6 hours ago, but the email notification went into my spam folder, however the support staff said “This issue is top priority for us, as we have not experienced, nor recieved, any indication that this may be happening with other Etsy360 users. May I first find out which version of Etsy360 you are currently using?”***
