I was not aware of this, but will look in to it during the week and hopefully release an update soon to resolve it.A new version (1.2.1) is now available with the update!

In reply to: [Order Weight for WooCommerce] Turn off order notes when weight has changedI have now updated the plugin to version 1.1 with the requested feature, to disable the “Order Notes” weight updates. You’ll find it in the settings for the plugin.
