first of all – ich arbeite nicht mehr für shipcloud, daher kann ich natürlich nicht sagen, ob und wenn ja was sich in einer neuen Version an dem Verhalten ?ndern k?nnte.

Das ist quasi der Teil des Versandzentrums wo Du eine Versandmarke anlegen kannst. Du kannst so oft Du willst das Formular aufrufen, ausfüllen und auf “VErsandmarke erstellen” klicken. Da gibt es keine Beschr?nkung.

Just in case the problem still persists. We’ve just released v2 of the plugin, which handles shipping methods differently. Maybe that’s a better fit for your use case.

du kannst im “Shipping Center”, welches nach Aktivierung des Plugins auf einer Bestellseite angezeigt wird, immer wieder neue Versandmarken erstellen.

nach einigem Kampf mit dem Release Management von wordpress ist nun ein Update (2.0.1) zum Download verfügbar, welches das Problem behebt.

Hi, you will get a single PDF file containing one page for each shipping label.

It could be one of 2 things:

• it is some kind of caching mechanism on your end. I’ve checked and the API is returning GLS
• You’re using the sandbox API key. The GLS configuration you’ve got is for the live system

Hey, did you try to re-submit the settings page? You don’t have to change anything. Just save the settings and the carriers will be fetched from the shipcloud API again.

Well from your excerpt of the logs it does look like the carriers have been loaded. Could you specify a bit, what the problem seems to be?

I’m not sure I understand the problem completely so here’s what I get from your description. You’re selling an assembled product that is made out of parts, which the user can select in your WooCommerce store. Is this right?

As you are combining items into a new (physical) product, that is not a product by WooCommerces’ original term, our (shipcloud) plugin can’t know, that the product you’re sending across borders is actually made out of the parts you sold. So I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix this since we are / the shipper is required to send customs information about the items included. As there is no way for the shipcloud plugin to reference the newly created product by WPC Composite Products I think there is no way for us to get the data.

Maybe the creators of the WPC Composite Products plugin have an idea how we can resolve this.
