I tested and replicated the behavior you described, so I forwarded the issue to our development team for review. In the meantime, you can still assign images to such categories if you upload them directly to the media library, then manually open the images and select a category.

Here are some actions that you can perform to see if we can find the root cause:
- duplicate the Flavor three input and disable the original one – check if the issue persists
- create a new Flavor three input and configure its conditions to see if it works
If the issue persists, install the Query Monitor plugin, go to the product page, and check if there are errors displayed.

The images from the Feedzy widget can be adjusted from the settings. Go to the page where you have the widget, select it, and open the style settings. There, you will see the Thumbnail dimensions – https://vertis.d.pr/i/M1ZdD1.

Could you please provide information on which plugins are mentioned in the promo notifications you referred to?
I am asking because Feedzy doesn’t display such notifications by default, so it might be another plugin that generates them. Please try deactivating the other plugins, except for Feedzy, and see if the issue persists.
