Hello @krstarica,
Thank you for using Revive Social and for reaching out to us!
Indeed, you are right. Our plugin needs those permissions to post on Facebook pages. Unlike Twitter (X), where we allow setting up a custom application and using your own API keys, we do not provide this possibility anymore for Facebook.
I hope things are clearer now.
Hey @wibbskii,
Thank you for your continuous patience and cooperation!
I checked all the resources you shared and tried to replicate the behavior, but didn’t manage to obtain the same results.
For the addon price you mentioned, I can see in your screenshots that it is not configured – https://prnt.sc/qD_a9lpn1J3q.
Can you please update to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists?
If so, we will need more details about how you configured the product page?
Hey @brontobytes,
Feel free to try that way too.
After trying this workaround, the results are the same: the behavior is not consistent. Sometimes, the featured images are shown, and sometimes, they are not, as it depends on the link preview.
The comment must have been removed by the owner or by WP support due to its unconformity with the community.
Hi @nishncraftsnet,
Thank you for trying LightStart!
I’m sorry to hear about the confusion created. We seek to provide a high-quality experience, and our engaging templates are powered by Otter Blocks. You can learn more about this integration in the plugin documentation here: Plugin Documentation, and on the plugin’s main page following installation and activation: Main Page.
You can uninstall the plugins anytime if these don’t meet your needs.
Best regards,
Andreea

Hey @jimtron,
Thanks for the update!
The pricing table has been retired a while ago, however, we prepared patterns that use these pricing tables. You can see here an example – https://vertis.d.pr/i/FqrCL6.
Let us know how it goes!

Hey @faithnwachukwu123,
Thank you for using Otter Blocks and for reaching out!
For the moment, there is no direct way to disable it, however, it sounds like a great idea, so I will forward it to our development team for review.
As a workaround, you can try using the visibility conditions and set a condition that is never met, so it won’t be displayed. More details here – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1552-the-visibility-conditions-feature-otter-features-library.
Hi @dexterroona,
Can you please share the URL of the page where you added the posts so we can check?
Hey @dmorgan20,
Thank you for using Revive Social and for reaching out!
As described in a previous thread, the featured image behavior when it’s shared on Facebook does not depend on Revive Social. To see how Facebook can fetch the image you can use this tool:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/.One way to ensure og:image is defined for your posts is to have it, but based on tests, it’s not always necessary and can sometimes still be retrieved even when it’s not defined.
More details here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/facebook-no-featured-images/
Best regards,
Andreea
Hey @jimtron,
We’ve just made an important release for the Otter Blocks!
Can you please make sure you update to the latest version and check if the issue persists?
Hi @poesch,
Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out to us!
We do have a collapse input which you can use in combination with the checkbox input, however, it is available in the premium version of the plugin. You can see an example here – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1702-ppom-pro-input-types#collapse.
All free inputs are described here – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1701-ppom-free-input-types.
If you want more details about this input, feel free to contact us – https://themeisle.com/contact/.
Best regards,
Andreea
