Hello there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us about your issue.
Does this happen only when TranslatePress is activated on your website?
If you do not know the answer I recommend you start with a compatibility test.Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):
??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
If that’s not it there is a chance that your hosting provider doesn’t allow our plugin to work with subdirectories. You should check this with your provider.
If that’s not it either, I found an article that is relevant to your issue that might help:

In reply to: [Translate Multilingual sites - TranslatePress] Serbian cirilic to latinicGreetings,
Thank you for getting in touch regarding your questions.
You said that you are using automatic translation, right? We don’t control the translations delivered by the engine, we just save them in the database as they arive.
I think you should ask Google support about this topic. They should be much qualified to answer at this.About the second question, you can go under the Advanced tab in TranslatePress Settings and add your-website.com/sr to Do not translate certain paths.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Have a great day!
Hello there,
Thank you for getting in touch regarding your issue.
I tried to replicate the problem that you are experiencing with no luck. Did you manage to solve this?
Can you please test this in an incognito browser window or ??clearing your browser cache.
If you have any browser caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, try to disable it temporarily. ??Redirects can be cached by your browser if your server sends certain headers to your browser.
Let me know how this goes or if you have any other questions.

Greetings,
I am sorry for my delayed answer.
Try disabling post container tags for post titles and post content. You can find this under Settings ->TranslatePress ->Advanced ->Debug.
Hopefully this will solve your issue. Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: [Translate Multilingual sites - TranslatePress] Multisite activationHello there,
TranslatePress works on multisite. You can either network activate the plugin, or do it individually for each sub-site.
You can add languages on individual sub-sites in a network install (and choose the languages in which you translate each sub-site).
However, we do not support having each sub-site as a secondary language.
Note: The license key of the premium product needs to be added in the Main site -> Settings -> TranslatePress, not in the Network Dashboard.
Every translation is saved string by string in wp_trp_* tables from your site database. If you want to use it on other subsites you can just transfer these tables.
Please let us know if you have any more questions.
Best regards

1.You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.
Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced
Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Disable them back if it makes no difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.
1. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
2. Fix broken HTML
3. Fix missing dynamic content
4. Disable dynamic translation
5. Disable post container tags for post title
6. Disable post container tags for post content
7. Enable this plugin that disables execution of text widget shortcodes https://translatepress.com/download/1151172/
8. Try manually searching for incorrect formatting around the area where it breaks.
You need to Right click->View source in the browser (inspect elements browser feature automatically corrects so it’s not useful)
Could be useful to compare translated page source with original language html source with a tool such as https://www.text-compare.com .
Search in theme (most likely) or plugins a keyword around where the broken HTML code is outputted, and fix it.2.`The secondary language is expected to load a little bit slower than the default language because this is how our plugin works.
Also, you can use a plugin such as WP Rocket to decrease the loading time of your website.
Let me know if it`s working!
Best regards.
