I cannot reproduce the error, can you look into your phpmyadmin table $prefix_options and search for option name= CRM_clients_settings and see what’s in there?

Hi, we’ve released version 1.4.7 that should have fixed the problem with German culture, can you check?…
regarding translations: can you email me : info [at] softrade . it and we agree how to proceed, my idea is to give you access to an our wp dev site to translate directly from there, than we pack the translations po/mo files in the next available release, let me know

Got it..thanks for your check. Found the bug, we’ll release the fix in few time.

Apart from the error, you can translate the strings using wpml or codestyling localization (https://www.code-styling.de/english/development/wordpress-plugin-codestyling-localization-en ) old but good..or any other po/mo translation tool since the plugin is fully translatable.
Just in case..if you do it we’d appreciate the german translated strings, we can offer you a free version of our future addons in exchange

Hi, It’s not clear..what do you mean? The todo and appointments have to be associated to an exixsting customer. These actions are notified to a user or group of users. If you ( as administrator) want to see all the todos and appointments notified to other agents/users/groups, be sure to check the “Show all notifications to administrators” in the plugin settings page https://dev.softrade.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=smartcrm_settings I’ve tested it in the last release and have no troubles..let me know

Yes, that’s correct. At the first activation, once you fill the required data of your business, we create a “customer #1” which is not a real customer (and so it does not show in the grid) but the internal contact to whom (eventually) send todo and appointments notifications that by default have to be associated with an existing customer
