No I haven’t

I’m afraid not. I have 7 sites which I am trying to backup. 4 work fine with backWPup and 3 just won’t work so I have to use UpdraftPlus for those three. I wonder if it could be a clash with another plugin perhaps?

I gave up with it eventually. I had already used Image Mapper, then Draw Attention and finally used Image Hotspot to create the effect that I wanted. Thanks for the offer of help though.

I am having exactly the same problem as this person is and I have done everything which you have suggested doing as well. Any other suggestions?

It’s ok, it’s sorted now, It was a server error which they have now resolved.
