For anyone experiencing similar issues, you can adjust the “quality” of product images by changing the “scale” value under the product image settings.

Hey there. Can you check two things for me?

1. Make sure that you don’t have “disable default pages” enabled within the plugin settings.

2. Be sure that “Lite sync” is not enabled under the syncing settings. If it is, uncheck it and turn on “Sync posts” instead. Afterwords, perform a manual resync of your data.

Hey Andreas,

This “Loading cart ?? …” text will show while the cart instance itself is loading. If you never see it go away that would indicate an error of some sort.

Can you send me a link to the page you’re referencing? I can take a look for you.

Hey there. Couple quick things to check:

1. Is your product assigned to the custom sales channel inside Shopify?
2. Have you tried clearing the plugin cache (within the Tools tab).

Excellent, glad it’s working for you now.

My guess is that it could have been a caching issue as well. The plugin will cache the front-end output which gets cleared upon syncing. You can also clear it from the Tools tab.

Hey Lisa,

To hide any product or collection from WordPress, you can simply uncheck the “availability” within Shopify. You can find this by going into the product edit screen within Shopify and looking on the right-hand side.

By default, every product and collection will be set to “available” for the custom sales channel that you created. So just uncheck your sales channel availability and it will not show on WordPress.
