If the “Upgrade” button is missing, then the mpdf library has been updated.

Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
2) Deactivate all of your plugins except PDF&Print and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
3) Contact us back with information about the results.`

1) Go to PDF & Print settings page;
2) Open the “Misc” tab;
3) Click the “Upgrade” button;
4) Test the PDF doc creation and let us know about the result.

If the issue still exists please describe how do you add images to your site.

You can also try to use the “Full Page PDF” option. In this case, the plugin will mirror what is shown on the screen.
