My current version is 1.3.16. If I install the latest version there is a conflict. If I then deactivate the plugin everything works fine. So the problem is in the plugin. Below is the text of the error that can be seen in the debugger:

Yes, it works, but only for selecting the month and year. For selecting the hour does NOT work.
