In reply to: [Forms: 3rd-Party Integration] CF7-3rdParty Integration FailureHello Zaus,
I followed this topic and the one opened on github.com and I have the same issue that other are describing. For more than a week CF7-3rdParty Integration plugin stopped sending leads to SF and I get the same “cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 104” error. There is something wrong happening with the pugin and I couldn’t find any confirmed solution by the people that reported it before.
I believe I speak for everyone when I say that we would really appreciate your help for a working fix for this error we are getting. Many thanks!
Hello? Anybody? I would really appreciate some help from the plugin authors.
Thanks!
The problem was generated by the theme I was using, as it contained a js piece of code which was converting the fields placeholder attributes into the field values. Once I removed that code, everything went back to normal. Hope this helps.
Thanks again for the quick reply! I fixed the issue and the form is now working great, including in older IE not supporting placeholder attribute.
Thank you for the quick reply. You’re right, the theme is doing that. However, there is still the second issue. If the form fields have default values, they are not considered as invalid on form submit (the default value is preventing these fields to be validated ).
It there a fix for this issue?
