In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emails stopped sending, both customer and adminHi Gabriel! Thanks for your really helpful reply!
I’ve now got the site *kind of* working but I’ve got an even stranger issue now.
OK- So nothing was sending in mail logging so I used WP-SMTP set using a throwaway Gmail account. Test email worked fine but Woo emails still were not sending and the IPN was still stuck on Pending Payment even though payment was going through.
I thought this was strange as in testing I used my Paypal and didn’t have this problem so I switched it back. Without the SMTP plugin I got nothing but with it activated, it worked fine.
What fresh madness is this?!! Why would this happen?
Thanks in advance
Andy

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Click and Drop Royal Mail SetupHi again. So I did all of this but I’ve gotten no response. I have also noticed that the WC support system is clearly mentioned as for purchased extensions only. I haven’t purchased an extension for this as I can’t find which one I’d need.
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated as I can’t find any documentation regarding how to go about it.
Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Click and Drop Royal Mail SetupHi! Thanks for your reply.
I’m having a mare trying to login following the link provided above, I login but directed to a Verify Email page. On verification I can no longer find the support page. It’s going around in an annoying loop.
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Font FamilyAha. I think it’s using a bold heading for the particular heading. I don’t think I’ve used that heading for anything else.
Is it h3?

In reply to: [Cooked - Recipe Management] Font FamilyHmm, that’s quite odd. It doesnt seem to follow the same heading font as elsewhere.
What heading is it using?
Many more thank you’s for your speedy reply by the way ??

Ok, I meant that my form is not sending, even though I’m transferred to the confirmation page.
My WP Install does send mail, just not from this form. I’ve tried deactivating my other form plugin (WP Form (which works)) but still nothing
Any help much appreciated
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store page breaks when not logged inBack in the room! The culprit was a project management plugin. Once activated, BOOM! There was the mess.
There was a “Use_theme_template” checkbox selected in it’s settings. I’ve deselected it and it’s all ticketyboo again.
Thank you so much for your top notch support as ever!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store page breaks when not logged inI’ve taken out all the small tweaks that I’ve made in Custom CSS already. Must be plugin then.
I’ll deactivate them all and go one by one I guess. That will be for tomorrow though!
Thanks again Stef!
