Thanks @renehermi. Curious if you have an early beta version to try out at all? We’re seeing our counts stuck at 18 right now which isn’t ideal as we’re doing a big marketing push on the post.

When you moved your site did the address change at all? This would have an effect on the counts.

This is generally when the post hasn’t been shared yet. Once it has been shared the count will appear.

I think this is probably due to the post length being too small. If you disable the option to stop the bar scrolling past the end of the post it should solve this issue.

Seems this was related to some changes Facebook had made, everything seems to be back to normal for me and the sites i’ve checked.

Let me know if anyone is still getting this.

Could you try clearing your cache if you have something like the W3 Total Cache plugin enabled?

I can’t see the plugin output on your blog when visiting a post, can you check which version you have installed and that it is active both in the plugin admin area and in the Floating Display admin page?

Sheryl, yes if you remove it and add the plugin again via WordPress that should work.
