No response after 3 days. Totally lame.
I have hundreds of live charts from years of using this plug-in on my site and would be a strong prospect for buying this $99 to $399 upgrade. I followed these steps and the source of the plug-in conflict is between Visualizer and the Tabby Responsive Tabs plug-in. I place all of my Visualizer short codes inside the boundaries of my Tabby Responsive Tabs short codes so that they display within tabs. Example here:

Look at the “ATTENDANCE” Tab at top of the post for an example. You can see where the “Print” & “Download” links from enabling Front End Actions in Visualizer still display, but the Chart itself is nowhere to be seen.
I also discovered that if I display the Visualizer Short Code anywhere on the post page outside of the Tabby Responsive Tabs codes, it will display just fine. So the problem is clearly an interaction with the Tabby plug-in.
These two plug-ins have co-existed peacefully on my site for a couple of years, so the error seems like to have something to do with a conflict created by a recent update from either Visualizer or Tabby.

The Screenshot you provided is not from the link I provided or from my website at all. That is not one of my charts. Can you please try again using the link provided in my original post and show that you are able to download an image of the actual chart on the “Attendance” tab? Thanks

I’m sorry. I don’t feel like I understand the way you are phrasing your answer.
The error message that I screenshotted for you (“All series on a given axis must be of the same data type”) appears immediately when you try to Import the Data from the .csv file.
So how am I supposed to adjust the series settings on a file that doesn’t seem to import in the first place? I also don’t know where you are talking about seeing “Create Chart” as an option.
Would you be willing to re-phrase your response as a set of numbered steps, based on using (or correcting, if necessary) the .csv file screenshot I shared in the original post?

@luciamarinescu – I figured out the fix to this. You need to enter # in the Number Format box in Horizontal Axis Settings. A little frustrating to have to go in and do this manually for hundreds of charts that worked for years, but at least there is a fix.
Do you know if this known issue is confined to bar charts only?
I’m wondering if I should try to switch my chart formats if there is no timetable on a fix for the bar chart issue.

This seems like a fairly major issue, if basic X-axis range data on bar charts is scrambled. Do you have a rough idea of when the next plug-in update is anticipated?

Sorry – let me be more clear. The data in both charts I showed you is uploaded from the .csv file template for Bar Charts. Although the data itself is different in both charts, the templates are identical: same headings, same number of rows.
So I don’t understand why they are displaying differently, with this extra space in the Y-Axis on the Lynn Sailors page that is not present on the Nashua Pirates page.
Also – I have this problem with cloning Visualizer charts frequently (but not always). It’s not JUST these two charts. I’ve tried manipulating both the underlying .csv files themselves prior to upload and searching through the settings inside the Visualizer plug-in to figure out why this is happening and I’m at a dead end.

Original poster here. Yes, I mean editing images through media library. I have WordPress 4.9.8 and Yoast 9.2.1 installed. I do have the SEO>Search Appearance>Media set to re-direct to the attachment itself.
Until I updated my Yoast plug-in a couple of days ago, there was a Yoast SEO Optimization box that opened up in each image file I opened through Media Library. That box is now gone.
