Hello there, thank you for your suggestions, sorry for not answering before but I could only test them now.

The carousel used to work as expected even with all the other plugins and I did not add any new one.
However I tried to to deactivate the plugins one by one and also changing theme as suggested, but the problem is still there: the post carousel does not show only 3 visible items inside the frame, but I can see all of them.

The only thing I notice is that this carousel is included only on your Essential Addons PRO (I had an active licence but now expired). Shouldn’t this previously created Carousel work fine anyway?

The site is not online, but I’ve now temporarily shared for today a public local link if you can have a look. Scroll down to the section named “Articoli recenti” and you will see the carousel problem.

Thank you, I hope to see an update soon with some long requested improvements.
This is a very good survey plugin and a more frequent maintenance would make it the best!

    Regards

Hello, I originally entered this request as a suggestion, but this is actually more a bug to be fixed and I’m reposting here.
I saw in the support archive that the issue was already reported years ago as a bug but not resolved.

When a user take the one at the time survey and click the “next question” button the text of the next question should display from the top-start, but now it is displayed at the previous screen position instead.

The next section with the following question should restart from top of the viewport. Otherwise the user need to scroll back up to find the next question, really annoying!!.

If this cannot be fixed in short, can you please advise if I can add some code as a temporary fix in the plugin to get the correct “next question” scroll behavior? Thanks a lot

Hello, while using the plugin I noticed this is still an issue that should be very quick to solve. I saw in the support archive that it was already reported years ago as a bug but not resolved.

When a user take the one at the time survey and click the “next question” button the next question text should display from the top-start, but now it is displayed at the previous page position instead. The next section with the following question should restart from top of the viewport. Otherwise the user need to scroll back up to find the next question, really annoying!!.
I actually think this is a bug actually rather than a suggestion. If this cannot be fixed in short, can you please advise which code should I add as a temporary fix in the plugin to get the correct “next question” scroll behavior? Thanks a lot

I have an improvement suggestion concerning the way surveys are displayed in responsive mode (mobile/tablet). In the following scenario:

Multiple questions (display one at the time) on mobile phones.

When the user answers to a question on a smartphone (especially if it’s a long one) and press the “go to next question” button, the text of the following question is not centered on the screen but users need to scroll up to find the new question. This is very annoying. Is there a way to anchor each question to the top-screen position so that when a series of questions are displayed one by one they always appear centered on the mobile screen? Hope I made a clear point. Thanks

    Hello,

I’ve found out a possible bug on the multiple answer survey (one question at a time). I think users taking a survey should NOT be able to bypass a question without getting an error message or at least a warning. At the moment users can press the button “Go to next question” and going forward without selecting an answer to the current one. I think this should be fixed.

    Thanks

Yes, great! I had already removed the cache but now I’ve removed the cached CSS as well and the problem is solved. Many thanks

Wow, the REST API error 28 issue is finally fixed with new version 1.4.9, I got no errors on WP Site Health.

However, one small bug started with latest version. The survey is only displayed in full and not one question at a time, no matter if I choose “”one question at the time”. Please fix, thanks you.

Hello, any update for the REST API error 28 issue? Haven’t seen a fix or heard from you… thanks

    Hi Lester,

thank you for making this plugin available. I don’t know much about coding but just to say that after installing the plugin I did not understand how to preview the pool, how to embed the pool in my post or pages. Surely I’m missing something. Do I have to add manually on the post the template variables I want? Can I add more questions on the same pool? Does a plugin guide exists? Sorry but I got a bit lost.

    Thank you
    Andrea

    Hello,
I installed your plugin on my site and I like it, very simple to create polls.
But there’s a critical bug when I activate it on my site.

Wordpress Site Health reports critical errors as follow:

    REST API error
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
    Could not complete loopback request!
    Background updates may not function

Something need to be fixed. Thanks

Hello, I’ve now find out that my problem was due to some additional custom CSS and NOT to the plugin total cache. In fact it was very odd that the problem was still there even after disabling the plugin.
So the truth is that my site HAS an issue when I try to unable the minify option of the WP cache plugin but when I disable “minify” section, the site is displayed correctly. I assumed that the plugin had corrupted my site code, but the actual problem (after disabling the plugin) was elsewhere.

    Thanks so much,
OK, if it can’t be done is not a big issue, but I thought it was.
In that case I will disable pagination, I like the way photos are displayed with Easy Fancybox!! ??
