I’ve now resolved this.

We had v3.0.1 of the plugin installed and www.ads-software.com was saying 2.6.5 was the latest version, so we tracked down your site and also your Github and found a new version that worked on 8.3.

I have upgraded the plugin, but I still get the same message

Our permalink structure is not plain to start with. Do you mean change it to plain?

We can’t change a live site’s permalink structure to plain as that will have wide-ranging implications.

Does that diagnose the issue? We are currently having to deactivate the plugin to add media to posts.

Thanks Marko – I’ve just set this up on our development site and the 500 error no longer occurs.

Will this be in the next update to W3 Total Cache? I’m just concerned about the error reoccurring if the plugin is updated and this fix is not included.

Is there going to be a W3 Total Cache fix for this issue? We’ve just had to disable W3 Total Cache to prevent the issue from giving a 500 server error

There is no caching plugins on the site (the dev site or live site) but we do have NGINX reverse proxy caching on the live site

Seem there is a long delay before the booking shows up – no idea why, but it’s now there!

Without any templates used, I just see this;

It’s a custom fiueld – sorry got confused – couldn’t find anything in the documentation that would help.

So, I assume I use #_FIELD as follows?

#_FIELD{Company}

or would it be

#FIELD{FIELD1}
