How would I check that? I’m presuming its not working because posts are being set as draft still.

As I mentioned I’ve tried switching to the default Twenty-Twenty theme but it didn’t help.

I’ve completed the product lookup table regeneration but it hasn’t helped. Is there anything else I can try?

I’ve tried switching to both the storefront theme and default twenty twenty theme but it hasn’t helped. All the products were imported in bulk using WP ALL import and I’ve noticed by doing this all the products have the exact same publish date/time. I just wonder if this could be confusing the query that pulls the data from the database?.

Nevermind, I realised the user role I’d assigned hadn’t updated. However, the below only works in the classic editor, it doesn’t work using a shortcode widget inside an elementor section.

Ok it appears the shortcodes aren’t working at all. I just did a test on a sample page using the classic editor and the following:

[um_show_content roles=’Custom’]
test
[/um_show_content]

Wasn’t sure if I was naming the role correctly so I tried the role id too:

[um_show_content roles=’um_custom’]
test
[/um_show_content]

In both instances the content ‘test’ is not visible when logged in as the ‘custom’ user.

Just an update, I’ve tried the following but it doesn’t work either.

I created a test user with the UM role custom and logged in with their credentials but nothing is visible on the page.

Would it be possible to have the download button open a pop-up with the video in it instead?.
