Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that I have the latest version of the plugin installed, v2.1.3 and the issue is still occurring.

When I click on ‘Edit product’ or try to create a new product from within WooCommerce I just get taken to a completely white page (blank), other times I get the following error message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 372736 bytes) in /****/******/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4673.

I also get the same issue when trying to create a new product. If I deactivate the plugin, I’m able to edit/create new without any issues.

It’s okay – worked it out. For anyone else experiencing this – I swapped to an iframe embedded video and it worked fine.

In case it helps, I can see the video in the preview area when logged into WordPress but when I open in a private browser window nothing is displayed.

The embed code I’m using is pulled from JW Player as is as follows:

Just wondering if anyone from the plugin team have any idea how to solve this issue, please? I’m desperate to get this course up and running and may have to consider an alternative plugin if this can’t be fixed. Would rather not as this one looks perfect for my needs!

It’s odd because I’ve never had that option enabled and it has always worked okay until recently. I don’t want to allow people to check out as a guest so don’t want to enable it to get it work, but it sounds like it doesn’t anyway.

Hopefully, tech support will be able to assist!
