In reply to: [WP Recipe Maker] Is WordPress 5.5.1 supported?its in the Pro bundle (not basic)
its cool – I will updatehow do I contact the Jetpack team? is there an email address?
I cleared the site cache.
Every Jpeg in the page is coming from i2.wp.com
I don’t have any plugins that assume or use Jetpack.
Its the JPEGs that are being served from i2.wp.com
Try looking at source code of any page. Here is an example view-source:https://spicecravings.com/penne-alla-vodka
pasting this in address bar will work in Chrome or Firefox.
search for i2.wp.com
I disabled Jetpack plugin and it is still loading images from i2.wp.com. I cleared my WP Rocket cache, Cloudflare cache, multiple times.
Something somewhere is causing images to cache on i2.wp.com
thanks for pointing out the footer widget issue. i changed that.
But its still loading images from i2.wp.comAlso, looks like the image I sent above is still loading the old image:
https://i2.wp.com/spicecravings.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Chicken-Tortilla-Soup-2-683×1024.jpgthe link that needs to be flushed is:
https://i2.wp.com/spicecravings.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Chicken-Tortilla-Soup-2-683×1024.jpghello,
I cleared all the caches and turned off Cloudflare. Still same problem.
Also, can you please flush this image:
https://i2.wp.com/spicecravings.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Chicken-Tortilla-Soup-2-683×1024.jpgI really wish there was a way to flush the Jetpack cache ..
There is some widget of Jetpack that is clearly still on on my website, that is causing the Accelerator to keep caching images. I turned off everything — the only option I have left now is to de-activate Jetpack completely.
Is there some other suggestions you can give me to debug before I try this?
Please open the page in Safari or some other browser that does not support Webp.
Webp images are being served from my site. But JPEG images are being served from wp.com
Thats the really weird thing!
This is a new post on Saturday (3 days ago): https://spicecravings.com/bombay-masala-toast
JPEGs are being served off i2.wp.com: example:
https://i2.wp.com/spicecravings.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Bombay-Masala-Toast-1-2-683×1024.jpgno, I am using Media replace plugin from Shortpixel to replace the images without changing the filename (to maintain SEO).
Under Settings -> Performance, Enable Site accelerator is off, and both the switches are off (Speed up image .., speed up static ..). any other setting?

Load pages faster by allowing Jetpack to optimize your images and serve your images and static files (like CSS and JavaScript) from our global network of servers.Enable site accelerator
Speed up image load times
Speed up static file load times

You will have to open in non-Webp browser like Safari, so it loads JPEG (Chrome, Firefox load webp images).
See first image. It loads:

I am not using any of these features. I have the accelerator switched off in Settings, but my JPEGs are still being served off i2.wp.comHow do I stop this from happening?
I disabled all the Jetpack extra modules. Will that stop the CDN caching on wp.com?
Can you please clear the following images:
