it didn’t work for me. The database has been upgraded successfully, then I deleted the force_upgrade file but still the same annoying message

In reply to: plugins are invisiblesyes I activated them clicking on the link. I can’t use some of them because I can’t find any menu (in the Settings, in the editor, etc).
Other plugins work correctly.
Other plugins display this error message:

I guess the dirlist function is not returning anything.. is maybe because file permissions problem ? I can’t install any theme or plugin…
