We share your priority on security. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of the issue until you reported it. Once notified, we immediately contacted Wordfence and Patchstack for more details to address it. And yes, we did make some minor to the plugin code but they are more of internal maintenance and code optimization, which we do not explicitly list in the changelog unless it affects user functionality directly.
While I understand your concern about transparency, please rest assured that no sites were compromised, and the fix was implemented solely to enhance the plugin’s security

I’m afraid I’m confused about the use case. Theoretically, when the subscription process begins, each item in the initial (parent) order is converted into an individual subscription. Admin should not be able to renew the subscription for the entire original order as a single unit

I’m afraid not. At the moment, the available rules for templates are: Billing countries, Products/Product categories, Payment methods, Language (if you use WPML/Polylang), Price. But there’s no rule for shipping method just yet.

This error was originally reported by Patchstack, and we’ve already fixed it on our end. However, updating the vulnerability report isn’t within our control if Wordfence hasn’t yet updated their records.

Our plugin only works on Archive pages, WooCommerce archive pages; it won’t activate on a page created simply by using a shortcode. Please ensure the page is set as a WooCommerce archive page for it to work correctly.
