Used it as is, just added pluggins and widgets…I don’t know how to change any of the html.

They only thing I did was upload the new Word Press 3.4

I can’t edit it at all. I’ve had the theme on the website since February, it’s a design site for ebook covers. When I updated (automatically) the new word press 3.4 I could no longer edit any of my pages, they are blank.
I’m not sure what you mean by created a child theme of it…
