I have a similar problem while the plugin is activated. Whenever I search for a new plugin I get the wonderfully vague “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. Try again.”

Once it’s deactivated, search works just fine.

The fact that alhoseany says he gets a “couldn’t resolve host downloads.www.ads-software.com” error makes me wonder if there’s a connection to my dashboard feeds spitting out this error too: “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Couldn’t resolve host ‘www.ads-software.com'”. (Although those errors still remain when the plugin is deactivated.)

Adding

.entry-content .ngg-gallery-thumbnail img {
    height:auto;

    max-width:none;
}

to my custom theme’s style.css per NativePaul’s suggestion above fixed it for me. (Thanks!)

I was getting all the images in the image list squashed to a few pixels wide with no space in between them. Lightbox effects were still working though. This issue was only occurring in IE (big surprise there).

Same thing happening to me on WP version 3.0.1. This is such a great plugin, it’s a shame it falls on it’s face so close to working perfectly.
