Thank you for sharing the URL. Upon reviewing your website, I noticed that it has been built using the Elementor builder. Our plugin, however, only supports Gutenberg blocks.

While our plugin has no limit on the number of blocks and content that can be translated, it only supports predefined blocks for translation. You can check which blocks are supported by navigating to the “Support Blocks” submenu page within the Languages menu page. Additionally, you can add custom blocks for translation if needed.

If you have translated any Gutenberg blocks, please share the content or specific blocks you’ve translated. This will help us replicate the scenario on our end to verify the issue.

This issue generally occurs due to other plugins or your cache. Please try clearing your site and browser cache first. Then deactivate your other plugins one by one to identify the issue. If possible, try changing your current theme. If the problem still persists, please let us know.

If you are facing the issue after the updates, then please try to reset your CSS from the admin area of the plugin. Please try to re-add the CSS and then update the settings from the admin and check this again.

If you want to render your HTML content inside your timeline story description, please make sure you edit your story content by clicking the Text tab of the description content. Also, ensure that you have set the story-content shortcode attribute to full to render the HTML on the frontend.
