There might be a conflict with one your plugin or theme. We have tested it with the same WordPress and Polylang version from our side and it is working fine from our side.
Can you please try disabling your plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing the issue and also try with another theme.
If you are still facing the same issue after trying the above sharing method then can you also please share which theme or plugin you are currently using?

There may be a problem with your theme or another plugin, we will verify this issue and fix it in the next update, for now you can fix this issue by commenting a few lines of code.

Thanks for the clarification. Actually, this feature is only supported in the pro version of the plugin. If you unlock the position of the timeline element and then move the element, after refreshing the page, it will add default content to timeline stories after reload page.

This issue has never occurred in the plugin while editing a story. It might be a conflict with one of the other plugins installed on your site or with your current theme. Could you please try deactivating your other plugins one by one to identify the issue? Also, try switching to a different theme if possible, and clear your site and browser cache, then check again. Additionally, please share a screen recording of the issue to help us understand it better so we can provide a fix.

You are using a paid theme so at the moment we cannot verify this issue with specific theme but we will try our best to fix this issue in our upcoming updates.
If possible please try translating your page with another free theme. If you are facing the same problem with any other theme please let me know.
